A Lamborghini driver accused of hitting and killing a man on a moped in Las Vegas last weekend was reportedly going 141 mph in a 45 zone before the crash, car data showed, according to the arrest report.
That's is indeed unfortunate, drinking, and driving. Either life changing or life ending a real tragedy all the way around, and it's not even his Huracan.
WTF... How do they release a guy who Just KILLED Someone (on bail) under the condition he doesn't drive when he was ALREADY Driving Without a License (and No insurance?)... What message does that convey, and how does the family of Walter Anderson supposed to feel about it. DUI related vehicular Homicide without a license or insurance...... seems like a risk the perp just might skip bail and leave the Country !!
Oh..... because he is a Crypto-Currency Guru without a driver's license. This one says the bail was 750k, but still interesting to see if this Poser manages to show up for court:
A 33-year old El Paso Lamborghini driver was going 141mph in a 45mph zone when he hit and killed a moped driver in Las Vegas on June 5. He has since been released on $750,000 bail.
This story has a lot facts that are hard to reconcile. He is 33 without a drivers license and driving a car without insurance? Was it that he didn't have the license on him or had it been suspended or revoked? This guy cannot be the sharpest tool in the shed.......no license, no insurance, intoxicated, and driving 141mph in a 45mph zone.
Though, the victims family and their attorney shouldn't have too much trouble finding assets if he can post a 750K bail on short notice.

Sure they won't have a difficult time finding assists but money will NEVER replace their loved one. This is a senseless tragedy. So many issues here but the big take away is that alcohol and driving do not mix.
