Gallardo prices falling?

I'm planning on buying a G very soon and I'm wondering if Gallardo pre Lp prices are dropping now?

My general assessment is that prices for a pre Lp G coupe egear are hovering in the low 100's now.
Where prices much higher a year ago?

Is it the general consensus that prices will likely fall within the coming year? By how much?

I know no one has crystal ball, just looking for opinions

Thanks

Ditto. Some microfibers, a little spray detailer in case a bird ****s on the car and the battery tender.

If anyone’s curious to hear just the Gallardo portion, it’s near the end - like 19 minutes or later mark

I’ve thought about this so much! I was at the Honda dealership and saw a used Type R going for nearly $60k. Crazy to me that they are close at all in price. The styling of a Gallardo is so timeless. It’s actually decently quick. It’s fun to drive. Handles really well especially in RWD. The prices of even the most basic sports cars keep going up. Yet the Gallardo continues to be so undervalued.
The reaction I get in the Gallardo it might as well be a million dollar car not exaggerating. You would think maybe it’s just the area but I live in an exotic car mecca. Middle TN really has a serious car scene. I’m glad I was able to get one of my favorite Lamborghinis for so cheap.
In the immediate term as an "investment" you'd be better served finding a gated manual. Rarer, more desired, sexy, etc;

Long term, I see my egear going up (as it already has in this economy) as more of these cars get wrecked etc;

I bought mine to drive and look at, not to resell though.
An interesting thought! I like it very much! I completely agree with you!
I love my G. I wanted a Huracan really bad but couldn’t justify the price (175-185 at the beginning of covid). Every once in a while I’ll feel like I should upgrade to something newer, but it’s hard to beat the gated 5.0 for sub 100k.

Yep.. best to wait. I decided I'll start looking at Huracans when my leg is too old to work the clutch pedal.

You could get 2 1/2 of these for a Borealis Huracan!

March, April, May

If you are referring to my post it's a Canadian private owner who seems to want to get rid of it quick. The news might not say it but we are in a recession and everything price wise went up big time, I don't know if it has anything to do with it or she needs cash for a new toy. Or she tried to see if she could snag an overpaying person then gradually bringing the price to more reasonable average.
Yeah, plus one on the pricing, I have not seen pricing drop very much, if at all. Gallardo's have been pretty consistent in pricing and will likely hold steady (in my opinion).
Prices haven't really moved much for at least a year now, up or down. Which is impressive IMO, a lot of cars out there seeing some declines.

I bet that private seller would have a lot more interest if they removed their customization on the car 😅

I hope when the decals are removed it didn't blemish the paint surrounding it.

That could be part of the reason for not doing it, paint fade the outline of the decal forever. You'd think it would be a no-brainer for a seller to remove something which devalues the car for the majority of interested buyers.
Prices have been somewhat stable I'd say...at least asking prices. I added a "last 12 month average" price table and graph to the end of our Gallardo report page... It's somewhat hard to tell as this is just "asking prices" from places like autotrader to auction results of sold mixed with "reserve was not met" ... but it is a valid data point to look at I think.
