hi, i have noted that some 5.0s have trouble with-vale heads popping and off,sleeves needing replaced .is this common or preventive repairing?thanks for your help

Fairly uncommon. The OEM Cats can degrade and parts can get sucked back into the engine causing damage. I think that's about it for preventive things to be worried about with the engine internals. You could have a problem but it's pretty rare.

Also don’t forget to keep oil level correct on the car. Lack of oil will also cause bad things. Of course so will too much.

Yep, this is a known issue with the cats. Old age more than miles can cause them to do this. I have Larini High flow Cats in stock and also cat delete pipes. These were just fully redesigned with Inconel and I have the latest version. Call me if needed, etc.

I've sold these to many and it also makes cold starts much better and 30-40% more volume when you get on it. No drone either. @Mako_steve
