05 gallardo won't engage into reverse. Ran Texa and the error code that came up was "p1747 neutral switch"

Have egear error on dash (can not reset)

I can move/drive car normal in all gears no issue.

Going to replace the egear sensor to see if that helps. Here to ask if anyone has had this issue prior?

Anyone happen to know what could be the culprit? We think it’s the microswitches in paddle. (Dirty, stuck or not making contact)

Battery is new. We sort of figured it out. We cleaned micro switches. So we took the reverse button out the panel, we slightly play/shake/move around the reverse button component and upon wiggling it, the error comes off & on. So next step is to change the reverse button to see if it can clear everything.
