Ok, I have a repair manual for 93 -94 Diablo. I shows the firing order to be 1-7-4-10-2-8-6-12-3-9-5-11.

Is this the same for 91 and all other year Diablos?

According to shop manuals for 1997-1999 and the 6L, the order the same as you have above. I suspect it is the same for all Diablos.

Thanks Monahan
OK, that was the easy one:

Now going clockwise around the distributor cap, what is it? I always thought it was the same, but I think I'm wrong because mine is:

1 - 12 - 4 - 9 - 2 - 11 - 6 - 7 - 3 - 10 - 5 - 8 Around the cap
1 - 7 - 4 - 10 - 2 - 8 - 6 - 12 - 3 - 9 - 5 - 11 Firing Order

As I understand it the numbers refer to the cylinders. Cylinder 1 is on the right hand side of the car nearest the passenger seat. Cylinder 6 in on right hand side near the back of the car. Cylinder 7 is near the back of the car on driver’s side and cylinder 12 in directly behind the driver seat. So the wires should go directly to them. The longest wire going to cylinder 1. Sorry the best I can do I have a 6L with electronic ignition.
