I'm shocked to see one go for this price. Granted there's not much on the market to properly gauge but bloody hell. Will they be $1m dollar cars eventually?
I would think so too. From a production number standpoint...337 6.0VTs to 900 SVJs, the Diablo 6.0 is definaly harder to find. This is worth so much more than Aventador SVJs which are listed at $1,000,000 often.
But did they have time to do a lot of “German Engineering” other than modifying the engine size and making appearance changes? As we know, their top priority was bringing the Murcielago to market. The great thing about the 6.0 is that it loses very little of the pure Italian soul of the Diablo, but benefits of german engineering without diluting the pure Italian power. I just have a hard time with modern Lamborghinis.
If pricing is dropping, would you be holding inventory?I just checked Cat's Exotics and he had no Diablos for sale! First time in the 10 years I've been following the market that he hasn't had any in inventory.
So is he hoarding them to help kick start the next wave, or not buying them because he feels they are about to have a leg down?I just checked Cat's Exotics and he had no Diablos for sale! First time in the 10 years I've been following the market that he hasn't had any in inventory.
