Comprehensive Parts List for E-Gear to Manual Transmission Conversion/Swap

There have been a number of threads about manual swapping an LP G and it seems like no one has a complete list of parts needed. Attached to this post is a comprehensive list of parts required and the current prices straight from the Lamborghini Factory (As of 3/29/2022).

Thanks to Dallas Performance for providing this!

Also, note that this list should also work for Superleggera and Performante models as I requested this list for a 2011 Gallardo Performante manual conversion.

Hope this helps!

Awesome!! Thanks
Couple comments on the list. Not sure when the booster moved for the LP cars maybe in the update years but the pedal box 402721140T is the whole assembly with pedals and clutch master cylinder for a whole lot less than buying the individual parts.

Not sure on if the trans is the same between the 560 and 550 trans… I’ve just converted a LP550 transmission to manual and the selector rails nees to be replaced to work with the mechanical actuator. Maybe I missed them but didn’t see those in the list. The new rails are 16mm diameter vs 18mm on the egear so bushings will be needed or new case pieces procured.

Thanks for the great info! Do you which parts are included in 402721140T? I'll bring that up along with the selector rails to Dallas Performance.
The 402721140T is the whole pedal box assembly so includes mounting bracket, brake and clutch pedal, linkage for brake, and clutch master cylinder. On the later cars there’s no parts breakdown for the pedals it’s just the whole assembly.

I adapted it to fit my 2004 which wasn’t that involved except the pedals are shifted to the right so we moved the pads to the left and throttle pedal to the right.
Does anyone have a cost estimate on what one would pay for all the parts new from Lamborghini? A spread would be nice as well.

The PDF is a quote for all new parts straight from the Lamborghini factory.

So roughly $30K in parts and the labor would be about how much? 10K?

Yep, Dallas said just around 10k
So basically $40K cost to swap from E-gear to gated manual. Good to know thank you for doing the homework and getting concrete numbers. I have a feeling these conversions will become more and more popular through time as manuals become more desirable.
Has anyone here done a manual conversion with Dallas Performance? How did it work out?

For 40k? I doubt it will be popular. That's like almost 30-40% value of the car itself. The E-gear in the LPs ain't even that bad to being with... gated manual makes more sense for the pre-lp cause of semi trash egear.

I'd like to know if Dallas Perf. ever gave an explanation for the lack of transmission internals or clutch slave numbers in that list..... almost looks like what they'd be using for Pre-LP with the exception of the shifter assembly (which really jacks up the estimate if it IS for Pre-LP)
Maybe not as forthcoming as it seems

I honestly think that is their list for a Pre-LP. It can't be correct for the LP, unless they are doing some sort of magic with the egear trans that nobody has figured out (yet).

Wait, MAYBE that parts list is assuming the customer will provide a used Manual trans w/ slave cylinder? They might not want to be responsible for transmission issues they could be blamed for in the event something does fail there.......

That is very possible. Technically to do it 'right' they would need the 2 new housing parts, and all the shift forks. Otherwise they are modifying the trans like I plan to per the Brobst method, which is not something they would consider selling/putting their name on I don't think.
