Both in my two R8s and both of my Huracans I notice that when I back out of my garage and turn my wheels when it is cold and just start engine for the day that bad sounds come from front suspension...I can't recall now if it is a pop or a rub...I think pop. It only happens when it is cold out (<45F) and when the car itself is cold and disappears after the car is warmed up.

I was told this is normal but seeking more insight what/why it is...and if I need to not turn wheels heavily until warmed up.

Most likely you're just wondering about the cold tires juddering. Happens, completely normal.

I would agree this is most likely the cold tires. I would not worry about it if the tires are warm of the weather is warmer this all goes away.
