Hi, I'm getting our P300 after 9 years fianlly to the technical control to get it on the road. Last (hopefully) hurdle is the fact we can't find the engraved/stamped chassis number. The number (20112) is mentioned on the small metal plates but it should be somewhere in the body as well … We were looking in different places like the spare wheel support, supension fixation at the back ect but nothing …. anyone a suggestion?

Thx! 9 years ago I bought the car completely dismantled just a pile of parts, nothing labelled/organized. The body had been restored, a good job luckily. It was clear that this car was almost beyond saving but someone had been very courageous. I tried to work with support of some ‘specialists’ in Belgium but realising this was going nowhere I decided to send it to Colin. First only to rebuild the engine but finally he took care of all other mechanics and the interior was redone.

thx, no it must have been brown when new. When I got the car it was in primer but one panel showed this typical dark brown.
