I know there have been several threads on installs of the carnaviplayer. But I just did an install on my 2008 Gallardo and made a video for anyone that needs guidance. There are a few good videos out there but had not seen one with the new factory backup camera adapter. First impressions are top notch. It looks factory and turns your lambo into an iPad….lol. Pretty much plug and play after you figure out what goes where. The video is long but hey it was fun and hopefully it’s informative.

Nice video. I installed mine last year.
Sadly though ive had multiple issues with the player, its still not 100% functional but getting there hopefully..
I still have problems with radio reception even though ive checked all the connections multiple times.
Also i had to install multiple updates from carnaviplayer as my radio apk didnt work, now i have completely different android version but updating chrome and/or android webview kit crashes most apps installed. :/

Interesting. I’ll have to keep my eye on that. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll report back if I experience anything.

This is super useful... thanks for posting. Not sure if I will ever upgrade or not. My car has OEM radio but a prior owner dropped in an iPod connector to stream music from iPod to the "CD" player entry in the oem radio. I just dropped a cable for iPod to modern iPhone and it works, tho the charging speed is not enough to keep phone charged. Still having apple car play would be nice. This is exactly the sort of step by step video one needs.
