I have a 2007 Gallardo Spyder, low beams and high beams are not working, when flicking high beams on you hear the relay clicking but nothing happens. Could both headlight ballast be bad?

Perhaps start with a forum search. Normally after that you go through fuses and then grab a friend/multi-meter and start knocking out the easy stuff first.
