As the title states, I received a license plate bracket and hardware (see picture) from Glen. I thought this would be simple to attach but none of the currently drilled holes in my bumper line up with the bracket, with the exception of the middle hole. Does anyone know how this attaches and could provide some guidance?

I could not find this after searching the forums. Thanks to everyone for your help in advance!

Thank you @iownedu. I was able to find a bolt that fit the center hole and it feels pretty sturdy! Eventually I plan to get the other holes filled and the bumper repainted.
