Any 04-08 Gallardo on Swift springs?

Yes, I know you can lower a Gallardo on factory coilovers, but just wondering if anyone has installed Swift Springs on 04-08 Gallardo? Usually see them on 09+ but just curious. I have a set for my 08 Superleggera waiting for install.

where'd you source them?
I’d be very surprised if the swift springs work on a prelp shock assembly. The reason you don’t see them is because Swift makes them for the lp cars not the prelp cars.

What are you trying to get out of it? Different spring rates? Lower the car more?
Never heard of Swift springs on a PreLP.
I've searched before but always for LP models.
where'd you source them?
SP Engineering. Vivid Racing can get them too I believe.

Although the box says its for LP550 and up, I believe it should be compatible with 08.

this is exactly why I asked where the OP bought them, never seen swift springs for preLP cars at all, actually don't see any aftermarket springs for 08 SuperL's....

is this just an assumption? have you compared the springs themselves to what is stock on our 08s? or just taking a stab in the dark?
SP knew I had an 08 when I bought them and I believe they also helped develop them awhile back. There are four 08 Superleggeras that ran Swift Springs that I know of but that was a few years ago. Just wondering if anyone recently has too
Swift springs do fit on gallardo prelp cars. Bilstein shocks specifically. I have a ton of swift springs from gallardos that I tested but I don’t recall the length needed as it was made for front lift but also worked without front lift I believe. It was a huge improvement over the oem spring rates.

these are universal springs so really any manufacturer will offer springs for the oem coilovers.
The lp car does not use a typical coilover spring.

This is very interesting as I never knew they would fit!

Now I'm definitely going to find some to fit non front lift PreLp as it is what mine is.

Do you which specific swift spring would fit? Or any of the LP models would fit the preLP

I think you should clarify that generic coilover springs that are made by swift will fit the pre-lp...not the lp specific swift springs. Correct? In that case I would agree.

Do you have the part number that is compatible?
I double checked with SP and now they can't confirm the set I bought fits. Swift springs won't respond to emails either.

So is there anyone that is actually running a set of swifts on pre-lp that can share part numbers?

I’m a dealer for Swift and know about this older part. What COLOR are the springs. If they are green you might have the right ones. Normally good I’m color, but they did them a green pearl color specifically for the SL. if you have the wrong ones, I can get them made again for you. Send me some pics of what you have, cell, 717-319-2100

Are you able to get a set for a PreLP Gallardo with non front lift?
finally fitted with swift springs. stock springs could not go this low, and i can go even lower if i want. evasive motorsports supplied the parts and did the install when no other shops knew how. highly recommend them.

what spring rates did you go with?
12kg/mm front and 14kg/mm rear with 0.8kg helper psring

Looks superb! (y)

I too have a '08 SL with Swift lowering springs. Unfortunately, I cannot share any driving experiences as the car is brand new to me and the roads are covered in snow-salt mush.

Are you on the stock front-lift Bilstein coilovers? If so, did you do any other suspension modifications? E.g. helper/tender springs to maintain preload, and/or shortening/replacing the bumper stops?

Attaching a picture of mine, taken by the car's previous owner, as a reference.
