No idea who owns it but that appears to be one of the 10 'China Edition' SVs based on the flat grey exterior color, orange stripe and shifter handle color. These were the last Murcielagos produced I believe. Each one is numbered and supposedly has a plaque with the owners name on it.
That is a collector's item as it sits, replete with Chinese dust and Chinese scrawl in it. If you could put that in a glass case and preserve it, unmolested, for 20 years, the prices you could get for it would be outrageous!
