'98 SV. Is full header set swap-out an engine out job?

In the past I was able to change out a blown out right side front header with a little bit of effort. So I was thinking I could change out all four headers now since buying a new set of quicksilvers. Unless I'm missing something, it looks like the driver's side headers (LHD) require the engine out to change them. Is this correct?
