I am lucky to have a local gas station that has both ethanol free gas and 93 octane. I figured the 93 octane was the best choice since the EF gas probably had a much lower octane rating. Did I make the correct choice for my 21 Huracan? Thanks,...

It wasn't posted, so I am going to ask. But, I bet it was 89ish. Both EF and 93 were $3.49, so I am sure it was much lower that the 93.

I’d prefer the EF, but I’d only use it if 91 octane or higher. Modern Lamborghinis can tolerate up to 10 percent ethanol per the manufacturer, but if you can source high tech crane EF, that’s probably best for long term durability of hoses and gaskets.

@redjim Download the Pure Gas app on your smartphone. It will tell you what is in your area and likely answer your question immediately.

Slightly older thread but I didn't feel it was so old that a revival would be shunned (hope I'm right).

I have 90 EF or 93 octane choices. Been running the 93 but curious if the 90 EF would be better for my 08 gallardo?

Not a perfect comparison

Not a perfect comparison but I was told in my C7 Stingray to choose 91 EF or 93 octane as the lowest. I wouldn’t go with 90 EF if I had your car but haven’t done all the research on that exact engine.
