Hi all, I replaced the clutch on my buddies 93 Diablo over the weekend. On inspection, we found the water pump pulley to have a bit of movement in it so will be needing a water pump. Are there any rebuild kits out there for the pump as I am sure a new pump from Lamborghini will be rather expensive! The new clutch disk was bad enough! There was also slight play in the rear flanges that the driveshaft bolts on to? Should they be like this as they are taper bearings in the diff housing? Any ideas anyone?

If it's any help, I have my old complete water pump that I took off my 91 diablo. I put on a whole new assembly, cost £650. The pump I took off had a small leak, so would need rebuild, I wonder if you or anyone else is interested, as a way of reducing time the car is in bits.

Many thanks to Mike who is sending me his pump to check out what I need for overhauling the pump. Should be simple enough. I will probably be able to stock the parts for them if anyone else is wanting one overhauled!

Yes, post the info here on the rebuild parts.

I've heard that a guy by the name Dick Jordan in MS rebuilds them.
