Hey, i have a 08 Gallardo and i am having issues with the egear shifting only at high revs though. For example, in 3rd or 4th gear if i try shifting near the 8k redline... The car automatically throws the car in neutral instead of the upshift... I think it shows 6th gear and then i have to throw it out of nuetral and i am fine. Otherwise the car is mint, no issues at all. I checked the egear fluid and topped it off. I have no issues of driving besides this. It seems like a software issue ? Would a tune take care of this? Appreciate the help

Clutch wear had been checked and thats not the issue ... No codes
