My Gallardo starts up fine when cold but when hot it spits and sputters the first 2-3 tries and then fires off. This is not to be confused with the slow starter issue which I do not have. This feels more like vapor lock in the fuel lines. Anyone experience this?

Feels more like fuel pressure leak down or vapor lock. I am going to see if there are any pending codes today however with my scan tool. It spits and sputters, starts up for a second and stalls. After about the 3rd try it fires up fine. I even cycle the key a couple times hoping to get fresh fuel to the rails but no change. This only happens when hot. Cold start she fires up first attempt. Its a weird one.

yeah, that makes sense. this isnt the issue I am having. Wish it would throw a CEL code

Sounds like me. Now oddly enough It isnt giving me a hot start problem
