      EXHAUST SYSTEM:

      Exhaust Wrapping:
-Exhaust Wrap (2 Req.): DEI Titanium Titanium Exhaust Wrap (2"x100')
-Fastener (3 Req.): DEI Positive Locking Ties
-Locking Tool: DEI Tie Locking Tool

      Replacement Clamps:
-V-Band (All Models): Squirrelly Stainless Steel V-Band (3")
-Seal Clamp (All Models): Vibrant Stainless Steel Seal Clamp (3")

Note: As I discussed in the intake section, the Lamborghini's engine bay gets
extremely hot. This leads to a large amount of heatsoak that causes the ECU to
not only pull timing (dropping performance), but also makes the eGear cars
slower off the line (read: more clutch wear).

I highly suggest wrapping your exhaust with titanium exhaust wrap. Not only
does it mean you don't need to deal with heatsoak (or damage to your engine's
rubber and plastic components from the extreme temperatures), but it also
means your exhaust gases are hotter, which means they travel faster, which
leads to performance gains as well.

Either way, it is a win/win from every standpoint (performance, reliability,
wear) that costs very little and also takes very little time to implement. Plus, it
      looks bad ass.

Hello, I would like to know how you guys manage to wrap the exhuast with oem headers?
Do you wrap the whole exhaust or just the cat behind the headers.
If you have any picture that would be very helpful.
      Thank you in advance :)

I have a LOC5 exhaust that comes with ceramic coating. Is it still necessary to wrap with the heat shield tape????
DEI Reflect-A-Gold and DEI Titanium Titanium Exhaust Wrap are both
      insulators.

However, the main purpose of the titanium wrap is to keep heat from
radiating OFF items (ie, exhaust systems) while the purpose of the reflect-a-
gold is to keep heat from radiating IN items (ie, intake systems).

Even if your exhaust is coated, there is still a lot of heat being generated in
the engine bay (including residual heat from your exhaust) and that is heat-
soaking the intake system and leading to increase air temps which means
you are getting timing pulled, less fuel per stroke, and clutch engagement
slowed down. The intake should be RAG "wrapped" and, frankly, even with
the ceramic coating, I would say there is no negative to also doing a wrap of
DEI Titanium on it, if you wish. It will stop even more heat from coming out.
