Is there any sort of "lemon law" in Canada? In the States, if a car in for the same repair over and over and cannot be resolved, the manufacturer is required to buy the car back.

I wish they had a lemon law in Canada. I just get shuffled around like cattle. They get me to bring the car in and they download the software & reupload a new program. The problem is NOT firmware.

Just wanted ask this community to see if they know someone higher up in the Lamborghini network that could help me escalate this problem to someone who cares.

Cool

I may have an idea that will help you. This technique has worked for a friend of mine that purchased a piece of production machinery (brand new) which was built incorrectly and was never going to function correctly for the intended purpose. What was done was to have a half dozen t shirts printed advising the readers of the t shirts to not deal with the manufacturer/ seller and to ask the wearer for the info. These six shirts on six friends were worn at the once yearly national trade show for this industry. The offending parties immediately returned the money and had the machinery shipped back. You may want to check with a lawyer first. Sorry to hear you are going through this, makes one think twice about buying a Lamborghini doesn't it.

Of all the things I wished Audi would leave alone this isn't one of them.

Richard,

Lamborghini Vancouver (Weissach). Your request sounds very reasonable, and I would certainly be just as anoyed if it was my car.

Did you get the matter resolved with the dealership yet?

Do you know of anyone else with a Canadian G-car or other Lambo having problems getting it serviced in Vancouver?

Specifically, I am wondering if your case is the exception, or the rule when it comes to service. What can you tell us?

Default Problem - Not Solved Yet

Problem still not resolved. Just had a chance to drive my baby tonite & it stalled again. Mileage reading: 6038kms. Just 200kms from the last time it was in the shop.

Last service 5840kms - dealership clean electrical contacts & sent me on my way.

I know the Vancouver dealership tries to help me, but the extent of their service is controlled by the Canadian importer.

I wish someone that is responsible for customer service for Lamborghini (Italy) can deal with my issue.

If anyone is EVER considering buying a Lamborghini from a Canadian dealer. Please send me a message. I will gladly tell them about my experience with buying a NEW lamborghini & post purchase experience.

This is the WORST post purchase experience I have ever had with a new car.

Default exception

I would think that this is the exception, as anyone else out there seems to be very happy with Vancouver's service. So much so that customers from Seattle are driving down for regular service as their cars are always around and about....
