Thumbs up

Chris,
With only the information posted, I think you hit the nail on the head. Thanks for sharing the details, we know who to avoid, and why. Time to move on, let us know if and when you get a Lambo!

I know this is an older post and also, my first post, but wanted to relay my experience with Denver and Salem Heller.

I have been "visiting" and looking at Lamborghini's for over two years. Salem has called me everytime a new Gallardo comes in so I can go look at it. He finally got one in that I couldn't resist and we finalized the deal yesterday.

There has never been any pressure and the entire experience both in looking and in buying was great.

It always concerns me when I see negative comments about a dealer from someone and that is their final post on a forum. Just curious as to whether Bluehinder ever bought a car or if he really ever intended to.

Just my .02cents worth.

Bill

Congats on the Gallardo and it is good to hear that you had a good experience with LOD. But I wouldn't say that LOD is necessary a good dealership, I have heard some stories to not recommend them to someone if they were to buy. As for Bluehinder the last I heard he was about to buy a F430 Spider. Enjoy your car!

Default maserati

Don't be so down on the Maserati - In '06 I bought a 7 series BMW (great car) and in '07 I bought an 'S' series Mercedes (great car) - I just took delivery of a new Maserati Quattroporte Auto GT and it is an amazing car!!! Its the first time in years that I have loved driving a sedan: the vehicle is dramatically improved from its previous versions and even has a solid paddle shift system to complement the automatic transmission if so desired. Its too early to testify to reliability, but so far I would be the first to recommend a new Maserati (sedan) to anyone.

I purchased my 2005 Lambo from Charlie Bennett at Lamborghini Denver and was treated very well by the entire team. There was never a point in the transaction that I felt uncomfortable. They made an offer and I made a committment with a deposit. The transaction proceeded smoothly with expeditious delivery arrangements to my office in Tampa. Everything went exactly as promised and the condition of the vehicle was accurately described. The car they sold me was impecable, no paint work, and properly cared for.

I could not picture someone being dissatisfied with a purchase from Lamborghini Denver and would strongly recommend this dealership for any sales or service support.
