Elite Autos, Cats Exotics & Lamborghini Chicago
We originally were going to purchase a vehicle at Lamborghini Chicago and even put money down on it. When the totals came around at over $200k, my wife chickened out of the deal and we agreed to find something less expensive. But they didn't have it. They graciously returned the deposit and said they would be there for me as a lambo owner even if I didn't buy a car from them. That was great.
Then I contacted Roy @ Cats Exotics and told him what I'm looking for. He answered several questions for me and then put me in contact with Kevin, his general manager. Kevin found me a car being sold by Shelby @ Elite Autos. I worked with Kevin all day for about 4 days straight. I talked to Shelby about the car and it was actually bought to be his personal car and he really took care of it. He blacked out the lights, painted the calipers, etc. Kevin and I agreed on all terms, got the paperwork taken care of and bought the car sight unseen. He said Shelby only deals with pristine cars and here is his number to talk to him. So I talked to Shelby about the car, about driving it, what he's done to it, etc. He was really helpful.
Due to some paperwork issues, the delivery got postponed a day or two and to compensate for that little discrepancy, Roy offered to pay the entire shipping bill - that was amazing (thanks Roy!). But the only time the transporter could do it was to pick it up at 3am from Shelby - so he stayed up and met the transporter at 3 in the morning to load the car. I'm sure his wife was mad haha. I don't know of any car dealer staying up till 3am to get you the car on time. Shelby then sent me pictures of the car on the trailer along with instructions on getting it down, things to do afterwards etc.
I've been in contact with both Shelby and Roy after the sale - both were genuinely set on service after the sale. They both have answered my questions, asked me if I am happy, how I like it etc.
I never in my life would have imagined even buying a dodge neon sight unseen, let alone a used dodge neon - and ultimately never a Lamborghini. And I know I'm not alone here on that - all I can say is I trust both Shelby & Roy completely and would not hesitate to buy a car from them ever again. Both of you may use this testimonial on your website or give to your future customers.
