I Had A Problem Like This About 5 Years Ago On A 355 Ferrari, I Spent Over 5000.00 With My Attorney Come To Find Out The Law Are Very Different In Each State Florida Has Some Law That It Deos Not Have To Disclose Any Aciendents. I Lost Over 40k Paid 138k And Sold It For 76k And Car Fax Didnt Not Pick It Up Intell About 2 Years Later When I Went To Sell It. I Dont Think You Will Have A Chance On This One. All You Can Do Is Put Pressure On The Dealer, Post As Many Thread Etc. Intell The Dealer Starts To Lose Deals, Dave

Domani Motors Executive Summary:

This dealership combines low levels of integrity with high levels of incompetence. Stay away!

I bought two cars back to back(last year) from these idiots;they overcharge, they lie, sell ripoff dealer addons(that don't work), lose things(spare set of keys), misrepresent mileage(car was advertised with 80 miles, delivered with 500), promise but don't deliver(both cars needed detailing, one car had a massive oil leak and had to go straight to the back to the dealer for a recall/repair). I wound up getting some money back, only because I paid part of the bill by credit card. Very unpleasant and unexpected first experience in the exotic car market. My cars are fine.....Domani will never see me again.

I have attempted to trade it in and these facts have been disclosed. They have a very organized scheme.

They have the service advisor Brian from Presige Imports of Miami on payroll. When you take your car to be checked or inspected he says there nothing in the computer for any previous damages.

I have been told by many people locally gere in South Florida that Michael , the owner of Domani Motors has a very checkered past.

I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit on Domani Motors due to the $65,000 negative value from pre-ownership accident damage.

Also, when I bought the car I was told the car has a 3 year unlimited mileage warrenty from the owner of the dealership. Come to find out that is not the case at all.

This dealership is full of con men and liars. Lamborghini should never give them authorization to be a dealer!

If anyone else out there has similar experiences with these crooks, please emil me for class action purposes.
HELLO IN REPLY TO YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH DOMIANI MOTORS. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MICHAEL THE OWNER. I HAVE BOUGHT A 2005 LAMBO GALLARDO, A 2006 500 SL MERCEDES, AND I NOW HAVE A 2007 LAMBO GALLARDO. I AM SUPRISED THAT WITH THE EXTENT OF DAMAGE YOU DESCRIBE THAT IT GOT BUY YOU. HOUNDD FT MYERS FLA.

I don't think I've seen someone who both capitalizes the first letter of each word along with someone who capitalizes every word in the same thread before, that is impressive.

Ok, I have to ask - why in the h-e-double-hockey-sticks did you go back to them the 2nd time? What's that saying? - "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice..."

Hehe, good question, so leme answer. The first car was a 2006 BMW M5, advertised on Ebay with 80 miles. I did this deal on the phone, all the paperwork, title transfer said 80 miles. They delivered the car with 500 miles. It also was hemoraging oil due to an oil line rupture, which turned out to be a BMW recall problem with early production M5's. I had them over a barrel so to speak, because of the faulty title transfer, so I negotiated a hefty refund and cleared the slate on deal one.

After deal two, which involved the lost keys( I have a good collection of keys, since they sent me a bunch that didn't work!), crappy addons, and other annoyances, I realized what might of been an honest mistake was a clear pattern of deceit and incompetence. Honestly, the incompetence bothered me the most, these guys really are f'ing idiots!

It is a scary thought that they are the largest reseller in the biz, I would be wary of buying any car that passes thru their hands, even from another third party.

You have to love the crap that goes on with the Florida dealers... you would think that better business practices would make them more money than how they handle themselves currently..
