Not to add to the confusion...... But, how does it bode for an updated Gallardo (2008?) if Audi has the 5.2l V-10 poised to be dropped into the Audi R8 ? Looks like the Gallardo will be getting a nice boost in power, if that occurs.

i have also read somewhere that the new G wil get some parts from R8.

I think they (Audi) are just giving them (Lamborghini) back their own parts that have now been slightly re-engineered. (i.e. = the rear suspension system)

...I believe it is a lightweight, 2 wheel drive version of the Gallardo, similar to the Challenge Stradale. I understand it will be called the 'SuperLeggera'. Apparantly Lamborghini is getting serious about shaking Ferrari's cage as much as they can. Can hardly wait to see what ever it is that they unveil....!
