Let me put it this way. I took the Gallardo backstage at a recent Who gig and it looked right, sitting there among the rock stars and the roadies. It looked as right, in fact, as a Ferrari looks on a windswept track day in Cheshire.
Everyone comes around eventually.....Clarksons mind shift started when Balboni took him on that test drive in the Diablo....and now he's finally grown enough sack to join the Dark Side!!!

Oh so until the Gallardo was built all Lambos were flops? He's still an ass, oh and his remark about no I-pod connection or phone, That's what's right about it IMO. Keep that crap out.

Also, not to stir things up, but only Financially did Audi rescue Lamborghini, they were perfectly capable of producing super cars without outside influences. Quality was and would have continued to improve on it's own. OK enough, but that just pushed my buttons the way Audi finally impressed the great Jeremy Clarkson.

Yeah Lamborghini were not exactly lacking in creativity but if it weren't for Audi we wouldn't have had the Gallardo and making money. It was unclear where the company was headed but with Audi coming in the direction is clearer

I think alot of biased comes from the lack of racing history. But either way both companies make great cars...why hate each other for that.

As mentioned...Clarksons just a pompous ass, and the Hoot for us Oldtimers is his About Face after Bashing Lambos for many, many years!!!!

Not many here hate Ferraris & far more that you would ever guess own one (or more) .

As far as Racing....Check the stats for "Offshore Power Boat Racing Records"....they just might surprise you...

I can't watch that Vid too many times....Clarkson is pooping his pompous shorts!!!! HaHaHa!!! If you watch carefully, Balboni takes both hands off the wheel....at speed on a closed course test track, (do not try that at home)....(or in NY, City at night in a Chromed out Lambo)....what a video!!!!
