Default who can explain this farrari vs. lamborghini

I would like to thank everone that responded to my previous post as to trading in the08 sl for a merci lp640. I am trying to figure out the value of my car but I was looking at a farrari scuderia 16M with 3400 miles and the farrari is selling for 292k. That is double what the 08 sl is selling for with the same mile and I think the sl is a nicer car than the farrari.WHY IS THE FARRARI SO MUCH HIGHER.

Because those who buy Ferrari are scared of owning a Lamborghini?

Well since you can't even spell Ferrari, the dealer probably raised the price 50 grand on you.

1200 mile 16M, without carbon side sills, or without the spendy modular wheels should be max like 245k.

2000 mile with carbon side sills just sold for 243k, and a mint 1200 mile without carbon side sills just sold for 248k.

259k would be max I would pay for any 16M.

Post a link to the add so I can see what you are looking at, or pm me. I own a 16M.

Sounds like an Fchat post. Actual transactions determine market pricing, supply and demand has nothing to do with it.

There are quite a few 16M's for sale currently. None are worth over 260k based on actual transactions numbers of recent sales.

Not sure how to interpret your statement "...supply and demand has nothing to do with it." The market price is determined by the combination of supply and demand.
