So far, I have planned the following upgrades:
1) Fabspeed Full Exhaust System Carbon Muffler with cat bypass pipes.
2) Velos Designwerks Gallardo Tune.

What else I should upgrade? What is the most common upgrades on 04 G?
How do I squeeze out the extra horses that came on latter models?

The later models, 06 to 08 had ported heads, that's where the extra horses came from.

exhaust and intake doesn't require tuning. it can't hurt but i doubt it'll give you much more hp

you may want to budget some aesthetic improvements - tint, clear bra, wheels, clear bonnet, lp560/570 look front bumper.

if you like stereo upgrades, i would recommend a kenwood or pionneer nav head unit with BT and rear cam.

clear bonnet, LP560 bumper, exhaust, possibly an aftermarket navigation system.

Don't forget adding the aftermarket tail lights, duel exhaust tips and less we forget a couple of turbos.

I got an 05 and I have done the cat delete, 70mm x pipe all from fabspeed. Also have done BMC air filters and carbon fiber boxes. Im geting ready to take my ecus out to send them to velos for a tune also. The biggest upgardes to our cars are the front bumpers. This is my car.

1. Add a turbo kit.
2. Buy a 560.
