Can overseas owners take advantage of this deal as well? I will be responsible for the shipping cost, of course.

That question has been asked several times with no response yet from the OP.... I would also like to see some kind of hard data, not just a post claiming increases....

I had the Velos ECU tune performed last night. I drove my 6 speed manual '05 G 15 miles down the road to their shop and both Jean and Omar stayed after normal working hours to finish the tune. Kudos to both of them!

I have a lightly modded Gallardo with a fabspeed bypass, K&N filters and 2wd conversion so there is a slight increase in performance that I have generally been accustom to over the past 8 months of ownership. Following the tune, I rounded the corner out of the shop once the engine was up to temperature and stabbed the accelerator about 1/2 to 3/4 to the floor board -- the results were instantaneously noticeable. My 11 year old son sitting as a passenger even commented positively on the feel of power. Prior to the tune, I had not experienced a traction warning light come on as early in the RPM band. The low to mid range power increase is impressive.

Following the quick drive back to the turnpike, I spent a large portion of my trip back home cruising in 6th gear just listening for any abnormalities. I didn't hear anything except a gentle rumble and eventually shifted into 3rd gear and nailed the throttle around 70 mph. Before I could look down and see the speedometer I turned to see the smile on my son's face and noticed we had just cleared triple digit speed with unbelievable ease. Granted its not hard to do any of this with a 500+ hp V10 but in my very honest opinion I could feel a genuine increase.

As a secondary observation, I've been dealing with a infrequent P0300, P1305 & P1306 CEL light. They are all general misfire codes more than likely due to the fabspeed muffler and cat bypass pipes that I have installed. Despite the annoyance, I am still pleased with fabspeed craftmanship. Although it may be a little premature to report this, the Velos tune appears to have eliminated the intermittent small backfire or pop while at speed and the associated CEL's. No CEL's last night coming home nor on the way to work this morning.

Prior to the tune, I had the car tested with a floor mounted dynojet dyno - 425 rwhp (keep in mind this is a 2wd conversion car). I was not able to do a post tune dyno because of the late hour but I will try to report back on the results.

Sorry I did not see this earlier, This was actually addressed in detail in a previous thread. Unfortunately on AWD Gallardos you cannot go WOT on a dynojet due to complications with the center differential. The front and rear do not necessarily slow down at the same time, etc.. based on that dynojet suggests you do not go WOT. We have however spent a good amount of time doing part throttle mapping on the dyno as well as WOT on the street.

The fact that there are no AWD dyno numbers we offered the "Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee".

Thanks for coming down and it was a pleasure meeting you and your son. Enjoy the new power in good health!
