Default An unfortunate end to the driving season... how to proceed

Welp, it was my last drive of the year and I was just about to start putting her away for the winter.

I go to pull into my parking spot and realize the person beside me hadn't done a great job parking so I pull into my spot extra slow/carefully and my right mirror just makes it by this concrete pillar by about 2 inches.. I assumed my car would get past too but I guess the back of the car swings out even wider than the mirrors and next thing you know I hear a crinkling sound as I'm about 4 seconds away from finishing up my last drive of the year.

Its not as bad as it could have been but annoying nonetheless. How would you guys go about fixing this up? Would you do it now or in the spring?

Sorry that the images are rotated/poor quality, these pictures are taken one above the other just before the passenger side door

A. Buy a house

B. Fix it now, so when you are ready to drive next time, you'll be ready!

Agree with Raviil. Winter time is also slow season for body shop so you may get a better price / service. Looks like the job is small so probly can get it fixed under a grand. Look into mobile service too. Companies like dent wizard and dent pro do a great job.

It's always slow for body shops...the weather gets bad and people start crashing more frequently. None the less, these things always take longer than originally planned and matching the 3-stage Lambo paint can be quite difficult..thus taking more time. Best to get it done while you aren't worried about driving the car as much.

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. I'm definitely more of a condo guy than a house guy but I see the perks of both.

Ya I think I'll fix it now before it starts snowing and its good to hear you guys don't anticipate it will be crazy expensive

Damage: sucks!

parking: Maybe purchase adjacent parking spot if condo a must. I'm super cautious when parking in a structure.
