WTF thats the excuse the dealership gave you?? It was scratched from driving it into the carwash bay??????????? That was the best excuse they gave you?? Which dealership is it? Go back and talk to the service manager and raise hell. Im happy you fixed your issues, but you spending nearly $1200 when nothing was your fault is ridiculous.

Default Damage to the front

Guys, thank you for your replies and support!

I am sending an email to the general manager today. I have been a customer for over 2 years and spent over $15K in service and maintenance. If he doesn't take action, then I will give up the name of the dealership and contact the owner of the dealership.

Here is a picture of the damage to the front spoiler

That's serious damage...how can you not have mentioned this to them before driving away? I can't believe a dealer would let you drive away causing damage like that to your car. That's crazy.

Default Hre

Folks,

Tito at "HRE" asked if I could change the title of the post since the trouble is not with the wheels and the post may cause negative publicity for them. He is right, so I changed it.

BTW, Tito was very helpful when I initially was trying to resolve the issue.

M6POWER, I did not know about the spoiler damage until just a few days ago. But you are right, I should have been more assertive when I saw chunk of rubber missing from front tires.

The dealership general manager responded to my email. He said he is looking into it. I will keep you posted.

Hate it when place tries to blame the issue on the other... I bet the dealership never even contacted HRE to confirm the wheels were not made for Gallardo.

Either way GL with getting compensation from the stealership!

Default Automobili Lamborghini America

I sent an email to the dealership general manager Monday, he acknowledge the email and said he will look into it and get back to me, but that was two days ago.

Has anybody contacted Automobili Lamborghini America in Herndon, VA about issues or problems with dealers?
