Generally speaking, the reason that there are few if any guides on these types of cars is that it is very subjective, with too many factors determining the value. TIME is a major one - look at the rise in Miuras and carb CT's recently. There can be quite a range for two seemingly similar cars, due to history, prominence, things like that. Ultimately it comes down to you, the buyer. Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
As for the Gallardo, my best guess at a "range" would be $140K all the way to $170K, depending on options, etc.
And finally, seasonal factors are of little importance anymore, IMO, as many of these vehicles are located in temperate climates as it is. Though I might wager that a convertible would be more popular in the spring/summer.
