After not getting the 1-5,6-10 CELs for three months, a few days ago they reappeared on startup. After six startups and drives, I got the OK again. My question is: If during yearly inspection the CEL lights are on when my car is on the computer, will my car pass inspection or will the CELs prevent it? That's assuming, of course, there is no real problem with my exhaust system. I'm running straight pipes, and my car passed no problem last time, but the CELs weren't on at the time.

You will nto pass the emissiosn etsting fi your CEL's are lit up. In fact, the inspector should notice they are lit up and refuse to even test the car. You will need to visit the emissions station right after they go out, on their own.
