As mentioned above the prelim step is to remove the interior headliner/roof material. Then the bolts are exposed. Not sure if that answers your question or if I misunderstood.

It was me who mentioned to remove the roof liner but I'm wondering why it's not mentioned in the workshop manual. So it seems like there is a way to do it without removing the roof liner. That is why I need clear answer from somebody who removed the spoiler before because removing the roof liner is much work. I would be happy if I could avoid this step.

One of the clips came loose on mine on one side. You just have to pull up on each side for it to pop off.

57NERA which clips do you mean?
The spoiler is mounted with 5 screws. What did you pull up?

I was told by the service shop that it is pressed into place. The head liner was not removed on mine.

I do have a full wrap, and it didn't require the removal of that piece.

All it takes is a skilled installer.

(My wrap shows no edges there.)
