Default Lamborghini gallardo driver

Hi this is my 1st post on this site, although I love the gallardo I don't own one just yet, hopefully will in the future. I drive a 07 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S and a 09 BMW 745i and live in London.

I was in my Porsche filling up at a petrol station and noticed a man in his late 30s filling up his beautiful yellow Gallardo, it looked amazing and his private number plate read "Y L4MBO"

so I finished filling up my car and as I walked past the guys lambo I gave it a quick look and then turned to him and I was about to compliment his car but he gave me this really horrible look, as if he was sooooo stuck up just beause he owned a Gallardo, he stared so rudely, is that what owning such car does to you? I mean I have bought both my cars for over 170 thousand pounds which is roughly 281k US dollers, and have bought my wife a brand new Merc SL63 but never in my life have I felt stuck up or like I am greater than any other person, yes I like to drive fast once in a while, but I don't want to end up like that loser in that gallardo. Are all lambo owners like that?

No, most of us have some class. But, unfortunately, jerks are everywhere.

I would agree. There are jerks everywhere and do doubt some drive Lambos. It has been my experience that when people approach me, they expect me to be a jerk, and when I'm not (and yes, you can take a picture next to my car) they are really surprised and friendly. I'm a car guy....and in the past I have been the one walking up to the guy to ask a few questions about his exotic, so now that I own one I go out of my way to be nice. Life is short. Don't be an ass.

I guess there are nice people who drive lambos, that how I will be when I get mine. Has anyone driven a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S or BMW 745 or a Merc SL63? How different will I find a Gallardo or a murcielago to them? Also I am 6ft tall so will that be a problem in a lambo? My cousin has just bought a Lime green Murci LP640 but I haven't tried it just yet, he will be visiting soon so I will try it soon and decide between that and a Gallardo

I love it when people ask me questions. I really like to share the joy of owning such a wonderful car. In fact I often let people sit in it and take pictures of them behind the wheel. That is half to fun of owning one!

Aloha Russ

Ive found that Lambo owners dont seem to be as friendly as Ferrari owners. Even to other Lambo owners.

If you paid the equivalent of $281,000(USD) for a Cayenne Turbo S ,and a BMW 745i, you got robbed.

This guy was probubly just an as*hole and would be the same way if he were on my daughters tricycle. Of course ghini owners dont turn into d*cks just because they bought one.
