0.3 means that you have no wear. It's brand new. When you reset the computer, the starting point can vary from 0.3 to 0.7 mm. Basically you still have a brand new clutch.

It actually depends when both snaps were done. Was the car cold or hot when the snap was taken? The difference can be between 0.1-0.4mm.
