Yes, it is a good deal. But it will certainly affect the resale value when you are done with the car. Anyone selling the car will tell you it is in a "minor" accident, what else do you expect them to say? I'd say get a PPI done have a PRO inspect the car for possible frame damage and determine the extent of parts replaced or new paint. Negotiate for a better deal and pull the trigger. I also think that they are an authorized lambo dealer so I doubt they will risk their reputation and sell you a lemon. Caveat: I bought my car from them and had a good experience so I am sort of biased in my opinion.

I would also add that without the accident record, this car is worth around 135 to 140K in my opinion.

A 2008 spyder with that millage is 150k.

here is the history of the car via autocheck. the accident was reported by police. usually, this means there was another car or property involved. could be minor and cosmetic but you should find out. when you sell, it'll be harder especially if you try it yourself.
