Which car do you think is more superior in overall performance? My honest opinion, I have driven both cars, I think the Gallardo has the edge in torque and handling specially on twisty road. But some of my friends thought F430 is better. I loved both cars. Any opinion?

I guess it all comes down to personal preference in the end since the cars are so close performance wise, but I've often heard that the F430 has the slight edge.

I have a Gallardo and my business partner Tony has a F430. We rented Moroso motorsports park for Feb 7th and will be driving it full out all day.

From what I've read, the F430 should have an edge on power----but I can't say that from riding in it--they seem equivalent. ...Although tony has upgraded his with a different chip ( making it shift in half the time, and he had it lowered an inch) .
After we do this, I will post my best lap time and Tony's.

It would be very interesting to see what happen. Looking forward to it.

In a Jeremy Clarkson (the guy from Top Gear) special called "Super Cars" or something along those lines the Gallardo handily defeated an F430 around the Ascari track in Spain. Clarkson was greatly surprised, having felt that the Ferrari had the edge in agility and quickness.

This is true, but he always said he prefered the actual driving of the Ferrari, but that it is just overwhelmed by the EXPERIENCE of the Lamborghini.

Hi, I am the proudly owner of a Gallardo SE 06 , and I can tell u that a have droven many super cars like LP640, Ferrari 360 modena , F 430 ,
599 GTB (realy special car), SLR , Aston Martin , and many many tuned Porches, some of them are gret cars and maybe even faster but the Lambo
makes u feel like a child every time u twist the key.
it's deferent by its forms and i can talk a week about the noise,and thats why the lambo is so special,so it dosnt matter if shes not the faster or that you dont have enough space in the trunk for your pornstar girlfriend (you will have one with the lambo belive me) to put all of her shoping bags.
my truly advice to you is to choose what your harts tells you and it will be the right choise.
now that i told you my opinion i cand say one more thing after i owned a lambo my supercars world is divided in 2: lambo cars, and rest of the cars.
