I am considering buying a used gallardo, with approx 8 - 10 thousand miles, however I wanted to ask if anyone knows how much the estimated cost of routine maintenance would be for a gallardo and at what intervals is maintenance required.

There is not too much magic voodoo with these cars. If you can do most maintenence on regular cars, Lambos aren't that much harder. Parts are a little more expensive, but just call Chad for a good deal on quite a few parts. You will find several postings form him here.
