Does anyone here know the issues involved in running your Gallardo in Brazil? I am considering some time there, and shipping the car over--but I believe that ethanol percentage is very high, and the Gallardo may not be the car for this level of ethanol...worst case, I can ship my S 2000 Honda.

Small world..I have shipped two Galardos, one a SE SIlver to South America..no issues from either of them.

So Gallardos can run on ethanol without any modifications to fuel maps, etc.?
DanVolker: I recall reading an interview in which Winkleman stated that Lamborghini does not have any plans for a biofuel car.

The question is whether or not they will run on ethanol, which is made out of sugar cane down there. It's too bad we didn't have the foresight of the Brazilians 10 or 15 years ago...
