Default Chicago area Gallardo

Hi everyone.

First of all I would like to say hi to all the fellow car enthusiasts here. I am not a Lambo owner but hope to be one day. I really admire Lamborghini. My current weekend toy is a 94 Toyota Supra. I hope you guys won't hold that against me too much.

A few days ago I saw a silver Gallardo on rt53 heading north just past Golf Rd. Just wanted to say that you have a nice car. I head you gun it as the construction ended and the sound was awsome. Ofcourse I wasn't driving my Supra (I never catch cool cars while driving the Supra) but never the less

Here are a few pics of my car.

Did you see the plates? There are a couple silver ones in the area.

No he was too far ahead of me to catch it but he did have thin multi-spoke wheels. I tried to catch up but you can imagine how easy it is to do that in traffic.

What's that big silver thing sticking out from under the rear bumper? Do you shoot clowns out of it into a big net?

Welcome to the board. Not a big fan of "Asian" cars, but I do think those 90's Supra's are some good looking cars.

Default Gallardos in the Chicago area

Hi all,

Count me among the new entrants with a Gallardo in the Chicago area. I just bought mine in New Jersey on Monday 24th October and drove it back to Lake Forest. It's a fabulous Gallardo SE (number 95 of 250 worldwide according to the little bright plackard behind the driver seat), done in their awesome Giallo Midas (Pearl Yellow) and black treatment. The interior is also in the yellow/black combination. Look forward to bumping (not literally!) into a few of the other G's around these parts in the not too distant future.
