I hope, this kit will be developed also for Lamborghini Lp560-4 . What are your thoughts about it?

Very creative. Not that i have any technical data to back this up but i think modern turbos with reduced lag are still the way to go on these high revving engines. I currently own 2 superchatged cars a mercedes and a Toyota (aftermarket) and the performance and reliability are very good but they are relatively tame enined compared to the lambo. I wonder how a twin supercharger is better than a single as one of the drawbacks of superchargers is that they draw and rob power at the crank reducing some of the efficiency. How about a twincharger a supercharger for low end and turbo once engine is spooling and exhaust gasses are higher

Also available in Europe
"Volkswagen has recently released a "Twincharger" engine on a Golf GT. The Twincharger comes with both a supercharger and a turbocharger. At low engine RPM, the supercharger blasts air into the cylinders to enhance low-end torque. At high RPM, when exhaust gases have been produced in sufficient quantity, the turbocharger kicks in to increase top-end performance. The GT, which is available only in Europe, hits 62 miles per hour in 7.9 seconds. It can also reach 136 miles per hour while still delivering 39 miles per gallon." Also used in some other tuner cars a certain Lotus on youtube comes to mind. |

Twin superchargers is not the best choice, I would choose twin turbos in the ideal configuration for the use of the car.
Supercharger/turbo charge twin charged---probably not an issue at lower levels but the supercharger will eventually become a restriction if its sized to be smaller and flow less air than the larger turbo. If this is the case, you might as well scrap the supercharger and just run a turbo. Lots of issues could be here: heat, room, weight, complications in running more parts than really needed. |

Turbos are very Whimsical system, also overheating, oil overeating and most dislikable by me- turbo lag. I prefer linear power increase from low rpms.

novitec has been messing with and installing twin supercharged kits for a while, i would personally still rather have a roots type blower like VF/stasis or a TT kit from heffner and UGR.

Why do you prefer roots type blower, over rotex? I remeber ESS - they produce very good kit with such blowers for M3 E92, and no problems at all.
