Default SV owner's manual

As usual Bentley Gold Coast let's me down. Owner's manual pouch, but no owner's manual. Anyone have a PDF file of the SV or newer Murcie's manual?

Can't believe this stuff isn't checked before trade in, let alone pre-delivery inspection. Anyone wants an empty factory charger box, have one of those too LOL.

Well as usual, the Receptionist acts like a gate keeper, I have left 3 messages for the GM over a month's time, and never received a call from him.

Issues I have had with the car so far:

Dent in roof - Cost to fix $375
Rocker clear bra peeling up - $400
Clear bra pretty scratched up - My choice to replace $3k
Alcantara Steering Wheel filthy - Hour of my time, cleaned with hot wet rag and toothbrush
No owner's manual - Still awaiting response
Battery charger box with no charger - awaiting response

I have also requested a call 3 times from Lamborghini North America - Have not received a call.

Also, it took multiple calls and threats to get the title, 45 days, yet the Performante I traded in was shipped to them with the title. Car was shipped with no temp plate. Roy Cat's was very generous and gave us a trip permit so we could drive home from Seattle legally.

Pretty hard to understand having 3 weeks before shipping the car out to me, that stuff was missing, and the level of detail was not what one would expect for a 350k + car. Let alone how long the car sat on their lot waiting for a buyer.

Ok, supposedly the charger is wired into the car, with a plug near the kill switch in the engine bay. I will check this out this evening. Still working on owner's manual.

That's interesting???? I can't imagine how that is done. You can wire the car up so that you can directly insert the plug from the charger into the plug on the car but I haven't heard of a built in charger.

Have your wife call(blocked call of course) Gold Coast and have her ask for the GM and then quickly switch the phone, maybe that is the only way to get to him, because he probably knows what he did to you...

Thanks Roy, sure appreciate it. I could understand maybe if the car was only on their lot for 1/2 day, but 5+ months, no excuse. And then to say they will call the previous owner and see if he has it. LOL. I mean just say you are sorry, order another and this time, ship it next day air, unlike the title which was shipped normal USPS. OMG. What a bunch of cheap skates.

Next time you are down, don't skip out of town so quick, we still owe you lunch / dinner / or would even take care of breakfast!

LOL, I suggest you try and call there, and ask for the GM, bet you money he "is in a meeting." Does not matter if the voice is male or female, the treatment is the same.

Interestingly I got the WRONG manual for my year, and I told Lamborghini Chicago about it, they said 'no problem, we ordered you a new one, along with a new second key.'

THATS the service I would expect. You bought a car 150k over mine and Gold Coast treated you like that? Yeah F'em.. they are in my back yard, literally but I chose to go further out to Westmont, IL to get my lambo last week. I never liked Gold Coast Lamborghini, they seemed like pricks, this confirms it.
