Default MY 2008 Price Increase

Hello Everyone,
New to the Forum and first of all I hope every one has a great and prosperous New Year. I recently went to the dealer to price out an LP640 Coupe. I was surprised (not in a good way) to find out that the base price for the Murcielago has gone from 310,000.00 USD to roughly 333,000.00 USD. Can anyone confirm this for me or is my dealer trying to pull a fast one on me. Any feedback would be great.

Hil

I believe thats in the ballpark of where the price increase is supposed to be for 2008 - note though that there is now a three year warranty rather than two on the vehicle and that has some value....

It doesn't surprise me. Everyone is trying to get a piece of the exotic craze right now

I've confirmed with a few dealers now. The updated price for the base 2008 Murcielago Coupe is now 333,000.00 USD. Most of this is due to the Euro/Dollar conversion rate, due to how weak the dollar is against the Euro. I also heard that Lamborghini will be reducing the number of allocations to US dealers because of this as well. Thanks for your thoughts guys.
