Weaknesses in the 2001 Diablo 6.0

Ferrari owner considering buying his first Lambo (coming over to the dark side). Have identified the Diablo 6.0 as the model with the most appeal.
Please share your thoughts on issues to be concerned about regarding mechanical failures or other service/repair issues.

Also, what is fair retail market price for low mileage (under 10K) unmolested example.

the 6.0 is the best diablo there is.. and the most comfortable
