Default A very special SE30

HI, I found a very interesting 1994 Diablo SE 30 for sale. As soon as it was purchased it had a blower installed by the then German Lamborghini dealer Hoecker. Supposidly the car was modified with the support of the factory - factory personnel travelled to Germany for the modification of the valves and the final set-up of the car. The numbers are impressive; PS 632 and KW 465 at 7600rpm. Max Nm 660 at 5500 Rpm. The only other modification was the repalcement of the entire braking system with a Mclaren F1 Brembo system. I will e-mail the factory and see if this information can be verified. I started the car up inside a showroom and the engine seems very powerful indeed. As soon as I can find the cable for my camera I'll attach pictures. Any additional info (and comments on Diablo blowers) would be appreciated. Alex

Ah, found it at lamborghiniregistry

1994 LAMBORGHINI Diablo SE30 #084
Chassis #RLA12085
Engine #

This Diablo is modified with compressor engine (maybe in english supercharged). It is possibble to power this car up to 730HP. In the moment this car has 630hp. The car was specialized by Mr. Hoecker a well known Lamborghini specialist in Germany

Default Looking at this car

I am actually looking at the car as I am in a market for a Murci or 6.0, but thought that this car is "special" enough to be checked out. Am waiting for info from seller, anybody else know anything about this car?

I went to see it at a dealer outside of Frankfurt in March of this year. I got in, started it up and it ran smoothly. It had just stopped raining and did not think it was the case for a test drive. Car was OK, gray itnerior - very spartan - the car has neen sitting for a while, can't recall the KMs, I even have the orginal bill of sale. The problem I encounted - the reason I did not follow up - was that to register a car in Italy it must not be modified. Since the German documentation clearly stated the new HP rating, which does not match the factory standard, I would be forced to register it as a one-off prototype - with all the hassels, time and costs associated with it. It also remains a dealer modified car - which will only hinder the collection value. The car also had up-graded brakes. The 6.0 is a much more well finished car - more spectaucular than the Murci coupe IMO.

Any way to contact Mr. hoekner? Also, anyone know the price of the kit? And also does it require any engine work?

well alex, if the car is road legal in germany it is also in italy, remember a car from an UE country is already legal in others UE members and i think you can
have an italian plate easily
i know some tuners in italy omologate incredible tyres sizes and body kit in germany to can have the car road legal in italy later...it was often the only way to do it
P.S. there is a diablo jota for sale in emilia...do you already know it?
