Thanks

Does someone know if Lamborghini ever produced a tailor-made car cover for the Diablo SV ?

RP that roadster was priced at 65k GBP, you are right, not Euro and it was summer 2011. The lowest price I ever saw was a '96 for 59000 GBP I believe it was 1-1-2009 or 2008 and the car sold in 3 days. For a few days, 1Euro=1GBP! after for sale a long time for 69k suddenly the price dropped 10k. Hadn't I bought my SL AMG before, I would have had 2 roadsters in my garage , one for the EU continent roads and 1 for trips in the UK ! boaahh that would be a joke.

About the covers. I have seen original covers for sale for 1700 Euro. I would not spend that much on it but you as original freak, I could see you do it I bought a very good quality one, with mirror-bags in the cover in Germany. The inside is soft and protective for the paint. Reviewing my order in 2011 : "Das mobilwerk", order nr. :2210 1171. Looking at their page it seems to be the prices have lowered to 139,- That's a good deal !
diablo : MOBILWERK COVER SOFTKONTUR -ROT- Lamborghini Diablo Bj.von 1

I have chosen for black only, but I may order a second one where I will then apply a very large Lamborghini embroided logo on. The mirror-bags make it much easier to put the cover over the Diablo in a shorter time and it simply fits better.

This thread is going on and on. And, I just keep reading and reading.

Your Diablo is one of the best I've ever seen. I especially like the Alcantera interior and the clean engine bay! Best of luck with it.

Thank you very much.
I enjoy the car so much, I will try my best to preserve it in a pristine condition
