Default I have a newb question...

My g/f's dad has a 92 or 93 diablo that has two keys one just to the right of the drivers seat and it looks like a black knob.What is it uesd for? Also one last question he has VT emblems on it and I didnt think those came out util the mid to late 90s?Is that true? thanks in advance FYI I did a search.

Not sure what you mean about the key, but the first VT's were
93's. Try this site.

Here are a couple pics. Sorry cell phone pics. Is there a way I can tell by looking whether or not he has a VT? There is an emblem on the rear but Im looking for another spot as well like the door sills or on the steering wheel etc.etc.

that is the battery cut off switch,
you just cut off all the power to the car, and will have to reset your radio presets now

The first VT's may have been built in '93, but I believe they were actually sold as model year '94. Model year '93 Diablos were still all 2wd as far as I know.

Thanks for all the help. The battery is dead anyway. We will be selling the car probably before the year is out. so if you guys know someone who wants a white on white diablo with borla exhaust and I think its called a SV wing. When we get closer to being ready Ill post some pics.

Danny, what does the manufacture date on the plate in the door jamb say? VIN? Is there an owner's manual that says VT?

Ill get the VIN and look at the plate on the door. Not sure where the owners manual is right now
