Inside the cabin though talking was, well lets say kind of a chore. It was a little louder inside than I would have liked but at times during the drive I would get a tinnitus response from my ears that I know from experiece not to ignore. Not from engine or driveline noise but from harmonics at a certain rpm range. Most noticeable between 2000 and 3000 rpm. The car I believe had an MS Racing exhaust. Do cars with stock exhausts sound this loud in the cabin? Is this resonance because of the aftermarket exhaust? It's probably just my sensitive ears but I thought I'd ask the other owners here. My experience with most aftermarket exhausts is that they are louder and do have certain RPM ranges where more resonances occur, especially in the cockpit.
If you have sensitive hearing, but want a 6.0. I actually have and extremely quiet exhaust that was aftermarket on my 6.0 that I took off. It has a twin muffler setup. It is QUIET! I can sell it, or work our a deal on the MS if you are really interested.
Thanks!
