Default Does the 92 Diablo's have hydraulic assisted clutches?

Does the 1992 Diablo's have hydraulic assisted clutches? Or is it all cable and pulley driven?

Is there a way to make the clutch easier on the 1992 to press in?

92 does not have hydraulic assisted.I have a 92 coupe and a 96 Roadster. The stock 92 was a lot stiffer than my Roadster.I put Kevlar clutch first and the pedal pressure was about 30% better. Then I had a hydraulic system for my clutch and Brakes installed. Now the clutch is a lot softer(almost like a Toyota) and I have more braking power also.I also upgraded my brakes to brembo with hydraulic system. The difference is night and day.
Hi Tech Exotic Racing did all the work for me.Call them at 1-888-456-0437.Ask for Sean.

I will call Sean...so you put in a hydraulic clutch in your 1992? Can I ask what the ball park figure for this is?

The brakes on the 1992 are not hydraulic either?

What about power steering? Can that be done on a 1992? Obviously with a different rack.

Guys, both systems are hydraulic. That's why there are reservoirs at the front firewall in front of each pedal filled with brake fluid.
The only way to lighten the clutch pedal is to change to a different clutch. I did lube all the pivots for the clutch pedal on my 91 D. There is quite a bit of bracketry under the dash. More so than a regular car because the clutch master is inboard of the brake master instead of right behind the clutch pedal. I mean really soak them with a good lube. I used engine assemly lube because it stays where you put it. It helped considerably.

Smile clutch assist + Concorso Italiano pics

i have been told my several people that an upgraded clutch linkage can be installed in earlier Diablo's, like mentioned in the earlier post. I'm doing mine when i have to change the clutch plate.

Just got back from Concorso Italiano, what a great time , met a lot of nice people from the Lambo Club. There were about 80 Lambos, about 30 Diablos.

Thanks to Steve Gleaner at Driven Exotics, Gilroy, CA for fixing my broken hood release cable, thought I was stuck with no underwear for 3 days. Make sure the ring collars on your hood release cables are secure or you can't open the hood w/o a torch or a saw.

Can you please explain what type of upgrade did you do on the Hydraulic ?

I have a 92 and sometimes the clutch is very hard trying to park the car after 1 hour of driving
i am not sure if this is due to the engine/clutch temp as this does not happen when i go out! It only happens on the way back when i try to park the car as i have to do lots of maneuvering
